A10: We have a standardized after-sales process to ensure zero-risk procurement for you:

① If you find any quality issues, please raise them within 30 days after receiving the goods, together with a written explanation and test data;

② We will complete data verification and root cause analysis within 3 working days;

③ Once quality issues are confirmed, we will provide you with a solution immediately. You may choose between return or replacement. All solutions will be implemented within 7 working days;
